Hi, I’m Genesa and I support purpose-driven, heart-led leaders to break out of burnout, build fulfilling relationships, and connect more deeply with their mission in the world so that their creative talents and skills can be expressed to their fullest potential.

If you have made your way to me, there is something inside of you that is wanting to be known more deeply.

  • You are highly skilled and powerful at what you do. To the outside world you achieved all that you have using your intellect and talent, yet deep down you are driven by a higher purpose and calling.
  • Even with all that you have achieved, there is a part of your life that still feels empty
  • Your success has come at the cost of your relationships and you long to feel more connected and nourished in community and in partnership.
  • You are often guided by a deeper intuitive knowing that has been hard to share with others or even fully understand yourself.
  • Your vision was inspired from a place of creativity and aliveness, but now you feel disconnected from that initial spark as you work to manage all the moving parts.
  • It’s like you have to constantly prove the value of your mission, when you really just want people to understand the incredible impact of your heart-centered work.
  • Overtime, as you continue to operate from a place of managing outcome instead of inspired action, burnout is just around the corner or may already be here.
  • There may be aspects of your past that continue to haunt you in your day to day experiences, no matter how much armor you have built up around them. It would be nice to let some of that go.

  • It’s hard to let yourself be supported by others when nobody can really see the big picture like you can. It takes a lot for you to trust others enough to be able to let them take the lead.

How might it feel to be powerfully supported in the creation of your destiny?

  • You have been trying to do it all yourself, because that’s what has worked most of your life, but wearing all of the hats has come at a cost. When you are doing the job of 10 other people, you may find yourself spending little time doing the job that you actually want to be doing.

  • Instead of allowing yourself the downtime to pursue the creative endeavors that light you up, you may be spending all of your free-time putting out fires or brainstorming solutions to challenges in your work.

  • When your self worth is tied up in the outcomes you create, it can feel like living in a pressure cooker to get it all right before you can have the life you really want.

  • It’s not that it doesn’t matter what you create, it’s just that when you living in alignment with your core values and purpose, you will enjoy the process more and have greater potential.

  • This will help you to make more powerful decisions and align with the people and experiences that are right for you.
